Today my friend, Monica, shows me how to do Newspaper Nails aka magazine nails since we used a magazine instead. This was super fun because I never seek out these DIY techniques myself but love how it looks and learning how easy it actually is to do. Monica and I met only a few months ago when she joined LivingSocial Adventures and it’s been great getting to know her, bonding over our shared love of California and learning about her fun, crafty projects. While back home (Canton, MA), I was hanging out at my friend Heather’s apartment in Boston when I asked her how she gets her hair to look like she just came off the beach. The next thing I know I’m in her size too small bathrobe scrunching away with our friend, Julie, manning the IPhone.
